I tried the video "art therapy".. talk about stressful... Chrome didn't work... FireFox didn't work... The HORRIBLE IE is STILL not getting the video to play! NONE of my browsers liked it! I have to upgrade my video viewer.. come on.. THAT is stressful in itself! SO>>>> onto the next stress reliever lol!
Aroma therapy- can't do it... can't breathe!
I image that the other Mayo Clinic "stress relief video" will also NOT WORK... oh well... I will put my feet up and read my book... THAT is my version of stress relief!
